Why are your candles unscented?

Our candles are intentionally unscented to create a natural, soothing ambiance without artificial fragrances, considering those with allergies, pets, and babies who may be sensitive, while also ensuring a universally enjoyable experience since scent preferences vary widely.

Are your candles natural?

Yes! We source wax locally here in the good US of A. All candles are noted of the type of wax that is used per vessel, which will be natural blend if coconut, apricot and/or soy. Please also note we source Natural wooden wicsk or cotton wicks that burn consistently and even.

Candle Care & Usage

Key Points to Remember about burning your candles

  • Trim the wick: Before each burn, trim the wick to a length of around 1/4 inch.
  • First burn is crucial: Let the candle burn long enough on the first use so the wax melts to the edges of the container to prevent "tunneling" where the wax only melts in the center. Typically 3-4 hours.
  • Burn time: Aim for a burn time of 3-4 hours per session.
  • Avoid drafts: Place the candle in a draft-free area to maintain a steady flame.
  • Don't move while burning: Never move or handle the candle while it is burning.
  • Monitor flame height: If the flame gets too high, extinguish the candle and trim the wick.
  • Wooden Wicks- Lighting the fire may require some patience, as it can be a bit finicky at times. You might need to relight it a couple of times initially to get it going. Once you do, you'll be all set to enjoy the gentle crackling of the natural wood as it burns!

What if my package is Lost or Stolen?

We genuinely care about ensuring your order arrives safely, so please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. Once an item has shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the address. While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, all packages are insured for your peace of mind.

We ship domestically via USPS, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Shipping times vary based on your location.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Most orders within the lower 48 states should arrive in 3 to 4 days with USPS Priority Shipping.

Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges?

Please understand that making candles is a science—every wick, wax, and vessel has been meticulously tested to ensure your candle burns consistently and evenly. However, if you experience poor burning despite following our “how to burn a candle properly” guide, please send us photos and we will assist you further. Additionally, as every item is handmade and unique, there may be minor blemishes or quirky details that add to the charm; please consider these artistic touches as a testament to the love, patience, and creativity put into each piece!

What if my order arrives damaged?

We hope your purchase arrives safely, but if it is damaged during shipping, we’ll issue a refund or a gift card for another purchase. Since most items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee the exact design will be available. Proof of damage is required to process your claim. Please email us within 3 days of receiving damaged goods.
